Section E- General Condition of Registration

• The registration is done mainly on line.
• The registration can also be done at the reception of the conference centre but only on 17, 18, 19 March 2008
• Uncompleted application form cannot be considered.
• The participant must read and accept the general conditions of registration.
• These general conditions are applicable only between POPsud and the participant for the OCS 2008 conference.
• The registration allows the participant to take part in OCS meeting.
• Each registration allows the participant to get a OCS CDROM proceeding.
• The general conditions can change, so, only the general conditions on the site are applicable.
• After to agree the general conditions and to pay on line, the participant will received a mail with the summary of its registration.
• The price on the site includes all the taxes.
• The participant can only pay by credit card
• As foreseen by the French law, the participant has 7 days to cancel his registration in sending a mail to info@ocs2008.org. and his payment will be refunded.
• After this delay, a 50 euros service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. A letter requesting the refund should state the participant's name and to whom the refund should be made payable. Request for refunds must be received no later than 29 February 2008. Details should be mail to info@ocs2008.org
